MVP design of an all-in-one team management app for a world-renowned executive coach

CompanyOS is an all-in-one tool for managers that helps them organize their team, promote accountability, and keep their team moving forward. It's an all-in-one tool for actions, meeting agendas, goals, decisions, and more. The app is the digital embodiment of the management principles of Matt Mochary, a top CEO coach and founder of this venture.

We worked with Matt over the span of 15+ months on multiple iterations of the app, adding and refining features based on stakeholder and user feedback.
