From idea to MVP in 2 months – building a complex financial modeling app

Paradigm Labs is an ambitious initiative to build a super-app for founders and investors—a platform where founders have everything they need to build their business, and investors gain unprecedented insight into the operations they want to back.
But a project of this scale could never launch all at once. The biggest challenge? A tight, two-month deadline. The MVP had to be ready for a crucial investor meeting that would decide the project’s future.
We worked intensely with the team to separate the essentials from the nice-to-haves. We quickly realized that the core experience revolved around financial data—the one thing that matters most to both founders and investors. So, we cut everything else.
The MVP focused on: financial modeling tools, key integrations, a data visualization dashboard, a section educating founders on startup finance.
